City Manager Frederick Diaz announced the deal at the City Council’s Jul nineteen meeting. The city-owned house at 3360 Eggers Dr. is near Wa. High School.

Diaz commented the city expects Fremont Unified School District, which has been struggling to locate a campus site, to pay for construction of the completely new elementary school and a middle school from a state bond measure on the Nov ballot, if it passes. The bond would raise $9 billion for construction of elementary, middle and high schools as well as community colleges in Cali. Diaz said.
